Please click on the download link and SAVE to your computer rather then click on OPEN. After it is saved to your PC, Real Player can be used to open these files. The format is .amr which plays on Real Player and QuickTime, however, if you need MP3, you can convert the same using one of the many free conversion tools available on the web.
